Building Management Systems

In addition to lighting, these user interfaces can be used to control security, HVAC, and audio/video multimedia systems. Each unique lighting control system reflects the need and requirements of its inhabitants. Designing and constructing a lighting and automation system to fulfil our clients requirement’s is a challenging task, but we can offer the equipment and flexibility of design required for every one-of-a-kind solution. Occupancy sensing is used to switch lighting on and off, this allows the space to be responsive to individual use, and conserves energy.

To compliment the wide range of multimedia equipment available we can design and install a standalone public address system through to a full site PA and paging system, simplify and streamline the technology within your property, integrated solutions simplify the installation and practical usage. Our projector based presentation and display solutions linked to LCD, LED or Plasma display systems, either wall, ceiling, floor standing or concealed drop down screens can be set to display images or video direct from a computer or other storage device, these products also include interactive whiteboards, interactive display units, tablets/ pads, all controlled centrally or remotely for managing and presenting information.
PV Micro-Regeneration Systems
PV systems can be incorporated into all types of buildings, and can be retrofitted on an existing roof, or as part of the building envelope at construction stage. It can be curved and shaped to the building design.
Having a solar PV installation provides you with a power source that can be used to augment your grid connected electrical supply subsequently reducing your electricity bills. Whilst the principle of designing a PV system is relatively simple, the installation will require the skills of and experienced roof engineer and electrician to ensure that the PV panels are fitted correctly, once installed a PV system is virtually maintenance free.
